Mazda RX-8 Braided Oil Cooler Line Kit

Bathurst Rotary Engines nylon braided oil cooler hose kits offer a simplified approach to the OEM hardlines / soft lines that tend to rust and leak. This kit replaces the original EIGHT (8) factory lines. This kit contains only three (3) lines (engine out-to-cooler, cooler-to-cooler, and cooler-to-engine in. This kit is 100% complete and ready to install.

My kit is assembled using a CPE rubber hose with a stainless steel braid, and finished with a nylon braided exterior wrap. This hose is rated for 300F and 500psi. All fittings are -10AN RaceFlux 6061-T6 Aluminum with a black anodized finish. 

Assembled in house by Bathurst Rotary Engines. Kits are built to order. 

Kit includes three (3) hose sections, six (6) metric to AN adapters with copper crush washers, and a handful of zip ties for hose management. 

*2009-2012 RX-8s use a different style fitting for the oil inlet and outlets. They are both located in the engine front cover. These kits use four (4) metric to AN adapters for the oil coolers and two (2) front cover AN fitting adapters.

Kits will only fit RX-8s with dual oil coolers.
